We could not be present for the property inspection but Denny's very detailed inspection report was easy to follow and included great pictures and explanations of everything he checked on our behalf. Plus Denny also called and spent nearly an hour on the phone going over the report and offered further assistance as we needed it. I have been a Realtor in Michigan for 28 years and have participated in thousands of home inspections and was very impressed with Denny's knowledge and professionalism. We had Denny provide us information on 3 home inspections before we decided to purchase our home on the 3rd try. Denny provided valuable information in the first 2 that prevented us from making a purchase that would have cost us a large sum of money. I am a first time home buyer and because of this, I've never used a home inspector. I was referred to Denny (Peace River), called him and was able to speak with him on the phone right away to set up an inspection.
Denny inspected my new home thoroughly, went over any issues he found and explained them to me in a way I would understand. Denny also took the time to get to know me as a customer and spoke with me on his time outside of the home. HIGLY recommended!
