I contacted Karen regarding an appraisal for a property my family had sold in 2013. We emailed back and forth and I sent a check on 7/12/17. She said she would get to work on an exterior/ historical appraisal. It is now 8/22/17, and still nothing. We have exchanged several emails and it appeared that she was FINALLY done last Friday, 8/18/17. But, nope. Nothing yet.
