I founded my firm in 1999 after completing a master's degree in architecture at the University of Washington and working for several prominent architecture firms in Seattle where I designed and managed complex projects and honed my professional skills.

At Eric Denny Architecture we understand the needs of commercial property owners and developers. Talk to us about our comprehensive architectural design services for apartment buildings, townhouses, restaurants, retail stores, offices and master planning. We have almost 20 years of experience with multifamily and commercial projects.
The project included a master plan for 25 new buildings with retail, office, restaurant and residential uses on a 30 acre site in the City of Mill Creek. The challenge was to create a new downtown nexus in a suburban neighborhood. Work performed as a project manager at Tiscareno Associates. Building area: 475,000 square feet.
