The most friendly and concerned professional group of people I have every met. The staff at Stevens County Hospital saved my life and seamed happy in the work. Under the pressure of working the "Covid Floor" this group worked together tirelessly at full capacity. I always felt that they cared very much for my wellbeing. They treated me as if they were my own family.
Thank You All from the bottom of my heart!

This is really good hospital. The people here a really good at their jobs. They have a heart for the people. The doctors here listen to you, they take their time explaining things to you. They treat you like your family. This places make you feel like you matter. Been to Lavonia Omg they don’t care. if they was to shut an hospital down wish it was that one! With that being said, this hospital does a lot of good for this community.

One star would be too much for this hospital. The labor and delivery is shutting down October 13. For good reasons. The whole experience was absolutely terrible. The staff acted like they are just there for the pay check. They pump you and your baby full of pain meds and send you on your way. If you care about yourself and your child do not go to this place. God bless the mothers and babies.

If I could give this place no stars at all I would! They said they can’t help me for my condition. That they will just give me a shot and send me on my way. Just to find out they tried to give me something I’m allergic to! This place is a joke. Now on my way to an actual hospital that will run test and do their job!

Stephens County Hospital why did my employee get diagnosed with COVID 19 pneumonia and clearly has all the symptoms and was sent home over the WEEKEND (when all clinics are closed) with NO MEDICATION!? She is going to get a huge bill for a visit that didn't even TREAT her illness. What is going on?? If this virus is that serious why on earth would you send a positive test result and not a prescription with it???

READ FULL REVIEW!! My 8 yr old stepson was tested on Friday, 8/27/21 for Covid. This was around 1pm or so. We were told we would receive results “in a couple of hours” and provided a phone number to their Covid Line. He was extremely sick, with persistent high fever, horrible cough, sinus issues, and vomiting. Today is Tuesday, 8/31/21 and we STILL have not received a call. His father and I called the number over 40 times Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We also left multiple messages but no one felt we should be called. I called the general hospital number on Saturday morning, asking

While 1 ⭐ is WAY more generous than this hospital deserves, this program doesn't allow minus 50 option. They admit they overcharged me 4 a Jan. '21 Procedure 4 which they owe me refund, even admit they "double-dipped" when they ALSO collected the overcharge from Cigna insurance -- BUT STEPHENS HOSP. ARROGANTLY DOES NOT CARE! THEY HANG UP WHEN CALL OR VOICEMAIL PROMISES TO RETURN YOUR "IMPORTANT CALL" ASAP -- BUT NEVER DOES! THEY'VE DONE THIS TO ME & CIGNA DOZENS OF TIMES! THIS FARCE 4 A HOSPITAL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN &/OR SUED 4 STEALING FUNDS FROM PATIENTS AS WELL AS INSURANCE COMPANIES! SHAME

The Billing Department is terrible. It does not matter how many times you call or how many messages you leave. No one will answer your call or call you back! I would guess they do not want your money, but I know that is not true, because they are very quick to turn your debt over to a collection agency! Avoid this Hospital unless it is truly an emergency and you have no other choice!
