Upstate Medical Associates PA

I have been going here for years, had a very rare and complicated medical emergency about a year ago. The staff and medical personnel did an outstanding job. Reviewing some of the negative reviews, please check out those peoples reviews of other places, all negative. Would highly recommend this office

I had blood drawn for a routine checkup in a couple weeks. Quick check-in, short wait for lab technician to set me down and draw my blood. Painless stick and withdrawal of needle. In and out of clinic in less than 18 minutes.

Loved the split waiting room for sick or well patients just for check ups - Jessica listened well and convenient having the lab on premises

Don't know everyone's names yet but look forward to doing just that doc was easy to talk to and seemed to have my interests I'm mind as we chatted!!

There are a lot of things I love about this doctors office. Here’s a short list:
1. If you are sick, you can be waiting at the door when they open at 8 am and see a PA or doctor with no appointment.
2. They are organized.
3. Check-in, lab results, etc. are handled expediently.
4. They use modern technology. Everything is on the computer and that makes everything go smoothly.
5. On top of this, everyone is nice and caring.

Been seeing Henry for years and sure will miss him but had to go today for post covid follow up with Jessica. She is wonderful but was made to pay an extremely high amount before being seen just because I have no insurance which is definitely different than ever before. Being out of work for 3-4 weeks then having to go for a 15 minute appt which told nothing and having to pay upfront is sure challenging. It’s seems it’s more about the money than ever before

I have been with Henry for 30 years and I hate that he's gone he was so good with me and my family, but I have seen every one of the doctors here and they was fantastic. I see Alli now and she is so awesome. She took time with me and she was so sweet. And Nancy is so wonderful to. ❤

Great doctors and staff! I've been going there since I was a kid. Dr. Ramirez does tremendous work, and he's hilarious to! I'll keep going there when I need to.

The people who work here are all nice with one exception. The wait time is just awful, if it was one time it would be acceptable, but EVERY time is not. My time is just as valuable to me. This is why they only get 2 stars. Everything else is ok.

Many people, not only myself but many others have waited hours and hours to be seen. This is simply not acceptable. I have said many times that this has been an issue.

Today, I showed up 8 minutes late, was told by the receptionist that because I was late, that my appointment would be be shorter.

I'm waiting in a room for 50 minutes and had a visit by Tonya (I had the awful experience of watching her at her worst at the law firm we worked at together years ago. She was a joke there and her knowledge of the law and ethics just got worse! What a joke! Hey Tonya! Your jealously is so obvious
