He has been working w/ my 84 year old mom and I got a chance to meet him (and observe him) yesterday. He has an outstanding manner and certainly appears to know his stuff, clinically speaking. My mom is difficult to deal with given her memory loss and lethargy, but Carlos was as determined as he was kind.

We had a wonderful experience with Outreach. My parents were denied at-home PT from another agency but we were luckily referred to Outreach. The process to get my folks started was easy. They were assigned Alison F.G. as the PT and received home-based services in Hudson County, NJ. Alison maintained regular contact with me and was always willing to chat with me when I brought up concerns I wanted to be addressed. My parents were at risk of falling when she started working with them. They both enjoyed working with her although they were super tired and needed naps afterwards. They are both 80 :

The absolute worst. I found this place to be completely unprofessional in handling of my mother's at-home PT case. The referral for services was approved in 24 hours, but it took them a month of phone-tag, unreturned phone calls, long lags on hold, and several unkept "we'll call you right back" promises. More than 4 weeks later, they're been unable to assign a therapist to my mother despite lying and saying they DID on four occasions. If you're short-staffed, be COMMUNICATE THAT with patients so they can find an alternative. This organization doesn't realize that for many senior citizens, PT is
