Dr. Gall is the founder and clinical director of Excelsior Psychological Services. He is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Michigan and Diplomate, National Center for Crisis Management. Dr. Gall specializes in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, trauma, and stress related disorders.
Holly A. Aulph, MA, LLP is a master's level clinical psychologist who specializes in health and rehabilitation psychology. She provides individual and family therapy with adults, adolescents, and children. Holly takes particular interests in treating adolescents and children with anxiety, depression, as well as adjustment difficulties associated with divorce or health-related conditions.
Sarah Dorris is a licensed professional counselor that began working in the mental health field as a home-based therapist for children and adolescents, adults, and families struggling with severe mental health symptoms. She moved on to gain experience facilitating family therapy sessions and therapy groups at an inpatient setting in one of Michigan's stand-alone psychiatric facilities before moving into private practice.
