My experience here was all around a 10/10. Very helpful staff, very informative & accommodating, and excellent with communication. Affordable prices for fixing jewelry, and on site - which means less waiting time versus other jewelry stores, and a very beautiful and unique local selection of jewelry available. Mr. Mathis and Tim were very diligent of my order and I will be coming back here again when I need repairs or want to buy some new jewelry 😊
