We selected Tim Hennessy while living outside of NY state but despite the distance and time change Tim was eager to work with us. Tim is an outstanding family court attorney for custody cases and child support cases and very reasonalble with his rates and hours to complete a case. He knows the law extremly well and will look into the law to see if there are any other options instead of going down the same old road. I ahve been divorced for 15 years and my ex-husband has had me in court almost every year for 15 years. Tim is one of the best attorneys I have used. He also is truly a person of good character, family oriented and honest. All around a terrific person. You won't be unhappy you used him.
