Rear door on my 2017 Altima would not open.
Took it several places and they couldn’t get it
open. The shop manager looked at it, had me
leave it 1 day and solved the problem for less
than half of what the shops that couldn’t fix it had
quoted me.

I took my car to this shop on 11/23/2021 for a minor body work and also to readjust the collusion warning sensor that was dislodged. While the car was at the shop I got a notification on my phone that the parking assist sensor is now faulty. Which I immediately notified the shop. I was told that they had to disconnect it while removing the grill infront of the car. I was reassured that the parking sensor was fine. Upon picking up the car, I found out that the sensor was not working. Mind you the parking sensor had no issues prior to taking the car to this shop.. Caton auto body claimed nothing

It was a small job compared to what they are used to doing, but it was critical to me and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The car looked brand new and the cost for repair was very, very reasonable as insurance was not involved. Highly recommend this family-owned business!!!

Great price, friendly service, and outstanding work. I had deep paint scratches on my 2018 Sedona, and they were able to repair it like nothing happened. Great work blending with he rest of the vehicle.

I had an accident. And the front and back of my truck was jacked. I thought for sure my custom paint job was done. But, They matched the paint got my truck fixed and got me rolling in two days. I'm very grateful. Would definately recommend!!

Let's see, left my month old Jeep to get the undercoating sprayed. Ill start off first by saying they got the job done quickly and the guy at the front desk was very friendly. When I Got my Jeep back the driver side floor was very dirty, front bumper was lose, ac was at full blast, radio turned to a station that I dont listen to turned up pretty loud. Front bumper and wheel well areas scuffed. What ever happened to returning the vehicle the way they received it. Not very happy at all.

I got rear ended and my vehicle was pretty damaged. Frame bend, body damage. A lot of work was needed. This facility and its amazing staff brought my vehicle back to pre impact conditions. They were attentive to all my needs. They answered my many calls and emails with friendly enthusiasm. The quality of the work was impressive. Best of all their turn around times were fast!

Great job and super friendly. Left the car much better than we gave it, and were very contentious about customer service. The office was extremely clean and they went over everything they did to the car, making clear to call if we had any questions.

Someone backed in to my car and jarred my bumper so that a screw came out. I commute 50+ miles and have horrid luck so I envisioned my bumper flying off driving up 95. I frantically called various shops and none would even let me speak to someone that could decide if they could help. Until Caton. The receptionist got Dave on the phone who said they'd look at it and see what they could do. When my car was parked at work, someone accidentally hit it, causing damage to the back quarter panel and tire well (driver's side). I went with Caton Autobody because it was close to my home. The work itself was great and I had my car back a day before it was estimated.

My only complaint is that the cds in my visor organizer had been rifled through and the USB lightning cord had been removed (stolen). These were inside the car and not in the way, so there was absolutely no reason for the repair guys to have TOUCHED them! The lightning cable was plugged into the USB port in the glove

I had my car repaired here arranged through my insurance company. The estimate was reasonable so we set it up. The repair ended up taking 14 days which I thought was a little long but they stated up front that it would be 10-14 days.So the day I'm picking up my car and returning the rental I knocked off the passenger side mirror of the rental! I called them spoke with Chad and he quickly found a replacement mirror and said they could fix it the next day. I think these people are great. I believe they went above and beyond for a new customer. Thanks Debbie and Chad!

Thieves! I was in a car accident that only affected the bumper. This auto shop was very unprofessional and gave me a hard time. Although only the bumper was affected the auto mechanic us stole my iPod, gps, and money that was all the way on the bottom of my glove compartment. Once I confronted management they pointed to a sign saying they aren't responsible for any missing items!
