Incompetent work, adjusters were horrible. Deadlines were promised, but not kept. 60+ days to paint a bumper and blend fenders - and they still avoided making full repairs. Friendly clerks and owners, but I cannot recommend at the moment. They lost parts, and tried to return an oem part without notifying or crediting.

I've been to Diamond Auto Body two times in the past two years, both as a result of being hit by another motorist. They are so professional, understanding, patient, helpful and thorough. They kept in touch with me about the progress on my vehicle and if I called them I received the information I needed. After the 2nd accident, I told my insurance company that I wanted to go back to Diamond for the repairs. They are reliable.

Staff - Staff is prompt and friendly. I definitely appreciated Monica, she's super friendly, professional, and easygoing.
Service - They actually finished my car earlier than expected and did an amazing job. I actually returned my rental the same day because they were done early (FYI I do NOT recommend the Enterprise down the street). The work Diamond Auto Body did for my car looks superb and they even clean and vacuum your car

(3/26/2020) I was rear ended in my 2016 Edge Titanium a dead stop a few weeks ago and went though USAA to process the claim. They recommended Diamond Auto Body and it was close to me.
From the time I dropped off my car, to when I picked it up, DAB’s staff were friendly and highly responsive. They use an program that will text you frequent updates if you would like, but Monica in the office picked up immediately any time I called. Dela, one of their estimators was very helpful and responsive as well.

The customer service is amazing and they explain the details and procedure of the repair so well to even someone who may not have a lot of knowledge on their car's makeup. Would definitely recommend to my friends and loved ones. Costs aren't too crazy and the location convenience of being on Route 1 is nice too

Unfortunately I've gotten into a couple of slight scrapes the last two years. Diamond Auto Body has done a fabulous job of repairing my car and returning it to me in a timely fashion. I called on a Saturday morning not really expecting same day service. Monica answered the phone and let me know in could come in right then and begin the process. She was so easy to talk to, it was almost like we knew each other. I got off the phone feeling confident that I wouldnt be disappointed. I went to Diamond Auto Body in October 2018 for some damage to my front bumper. They provided excellent service and were very communicative. Michelle made the process super easy by being the liaison to my insurance company and booking my car rental. All I had to do was drop off my car, wait for the rental car company to pick me up, and then go back to "normal." They made it so convenient! I highly recommend Diamond Auto Body.

Finally when I went back to their office to get my vehicle back, the car was waiting for me as running and ac is on so that the car would be ready for me.

I recently (10/2016) had my 2013 M3 painted and some body work done by Diamond because I hit a deer :-(. The body and paint job came out flawless. They delivered my car on time and did everything that was quoted and more. My entire car was detailed for free, wow! Took my work van to Diamond after I had been rear ended. Needed to have my van back as quickly as possible and explained that to them. They where very accommodating they explained to me what they're process was and got me back into my van a day earlier then what they told me. I was pleased with there communication and the staff were great people to deal with.
2nd experience with Diamond auto body was as good as the first. Recently purchased a new full size GMC Denali and accidentally backed up into a pole doing damage to the bed of my truck. Didn't chose to use insurance so got an estimate

These guys do a very clean and high-quality job. I've brought my car here for bodywork and ac compressor replacement both times the finished product was very well done. I've even had my Corvette custom painted here (Daytona Blue) and the paint job came out awesome.
My next job with these guys will be a custom paint job on my BMW M3 not sure what color I'm going with still saving my money :-). Overall I'm a very happy customer.

The work here is great but the customer service is sketchy! I had some body work done here last year and I had a great experience, so I decided to come back for a small repair.

I was dealing with a guy name Ar**n regarding my repair and when I called to ask him a question (He gave me his card) the receptionist Sh**ley flat out refused to let me speak to him. I found it easier to speak with him because he knew the whole story, so finally she said "I will take a message and have him call you
