FORECAST 3D provides a full spectrum of 3D Printing, Rapid Machining, and quick-turn tooling solutions for producing the highest quality prototypes and batch production runs. A rarity in the marketplace, we run all of our manufacturing equipment in house and have designed and built much of it ourselves.
With groundbreaking speed and robust material properties, Multi Jet Fusion (also known as MJF or HP 3D printing) will speed your project's time to market. Our 3D Manufacturing Center is powered by 24 HP Jet Fusion 3D printers, and has the capability to produce hundreds of thousands of production parts each week.
With an armada of Stratasys FORTUS equipment, we are uniquely qualified to produce your prototypes and production components in our ISO 9001 rated manufacturing facility with our Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) process. Using real engineering grade thermoplastics, our Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) process extrudes ABS plastic layer by layer, in a variety of thicknesses as fine as.005 per layer.
The ultimate in speed and precision for metal 3D printing, Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS), also known as SLM (Selective Laser Melting), additively manufactures 99% dense metal prototypes and end-use parts. Producing fine featured parts with the strength and durability comparable to forged parts, the DMLS process is ideal for functional components requiring fast lead times and a design freedom that you do not get with traditional machining.
The veteran of all additive technologies, Stereolithography is known as the original 3D printing process for producing rapid prototypes and show models since 1989. This process (commonly referred to as SLA) utilizes a UV laser that cures parts one layer at a time in a photo-reactive epoxy resin.

Widely regarded as one of the most accurate of the additive technologies, the Stereolithography 3D printing process is a popular choice amongst engineers looking for fine detailed, small featured parts as well as extraordinarily large components. With both large-format and high-resolution SLA equipment, we can build parts as fine as.002 layer thickness on our high resolution Viper equipment - virtually overnight from your CAD data.

Don't work here! they aren't professional at all! They said I was working temporarily for 3 months then they might hire me full time. When I got hired we had to move buildings so I helped them move all there big machinery and I was also one of there best metal finishers. They also don't talk to
You or give you any warnings to let you know you did something wrong they pretty much fired me because I did a bunny hop on the bikes we use to go to the other building. There was no rules anywhere saying I can't do a wheely on a bike! I ended up working there for a month and out of nowhere
