If I could give more stars, I would! I swear when it comes to copier machines, I didn't realize how many different options etc there are. Everyone I worked with was spot on & if they weren't 100% sure of something then they made sure to get the correct answer before telling me. I loved that! I run a good size IT company located in the Boston area called All Business Technologies. I have been referring my clients to Mike Kates of Copitex for years. We manage the majority of my clients vendors and having dealt with many unethical copier companies in the area for years with their fine print I was fortunate to run into Mike one day about 10 years ago at one of my client sites. He went over with many some of the industry scams I have seen other copier companies pull on my clients, given the info he provided me I decided to give Copitex a shot. The law firm I work at is very demanding as I am a Paralegal to 8 attorneys and am basically "It" for everything and everyone and constantly asked to multi task at the drop of a penny; needless to say, I cannot afford to have my printers, fax machines, scanners and photocopiers not at their peak. RUN AWAY!! What you see here is my old copier I traded in for a new one Michael Kates owner of Copitex is the most dishonest person on the planet a pathological liar please let me explain I needed a new copier as the lease on the one you see here was about to expire I was contacted by Michael and he sold me a new copier and PROMISED me as he wheeled my old copier away and out my front door that he would return it to the shipping company (where the lease company wanted it returned to) at no cost this was back at the end of January 2018 I had been e mailing Michael Kates

I used Coputex to rent a copy machine this past summer. My company has used their services for several summers and always had a great experience. The delivery guys were friendly and really walked us through every step with the machine. Michael offered great customer service throughout the whole process. I would give them 6 Stars if I could! I was shopping for a copier for my office and the process is as stressful as buying a car because of the stereotypical sales people. I actually found them because of a referral from the chamber of commerce. I met with Michael, the owner, what a nice guy. He has been in the industry for a long time and is very knowledgeable and not in your face sales. He explained some of the different options and then helped me figure out for the size of my business and the amount of printing and copying, what would be right for me.
