Great customer service friendly only problem was with them filing state farm for payment other then that very professional. The guy came out to my home and towed my Mercedes C 320 was awesome very helpful, polite, and the street had cars on both sides of the street and he didn't stop until he got out the driveway safely.

Horrible service and horrible people who want to impound you vehicle and give you the run around for days and then tell you to try back tomorrow before hanging up on you when I asked to speak to the supervisor of the auto thieving company aka American towing and you never get the chance to recover your vehicle and only means of transportation they you worked and paid for

They were picked by my insurance's roadside service last night because my car got stalked in water. After more than a TWO hour wait, my insurance company tried to call them and they were IGNORED. Needless to say this "company" never showed up. Great business manners guys! NOT. But that's okay, you people will be out of business soon.
