He stayed late since we live in hour away, just so we could pick up the car and didn't charge us the extra for coming so late!
He also got out his air canister when we noticed the tires being flat as we were pulling out. I would completely recommend them for any towing needs! My college aged son was traveling home for a visit when his truck left him stranded on the interstate. We live 5 hours away from where he was and it was approaching night fall.

My Husband called and set up time for them to pick up his work truck. Hours later they show up and pick up his work truck and ran over our mailbox. No one notified us what had happen, I called when I got home and spoke to them and they said , they would have to speak to the driver. This was on a Thursday I waited and waited and I had to call them back Monday morning when I spoke to Doug and he said he would mail me a check for damages. I am still waiting on my check
