On VA & FHA-insured loans, the foundation on all Manufactured Homes must meet a certain criteria of structural stability and an Engineering Certification is required. The engineer's certification specifies that the foundation complies with the HUD Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Homes (PFGMH - HUD 7584).
After the inspection, you will receive a report that discusses each system highlighting all defects and concerns. The report will include a summary of issues that need immediate attention. I had no clue about a home inspection going into this but Will explained things as he went along letting me know what was most important to fix and what could be fixed eventually. He was patient as we had a problem with a locked door and his report is thorough and easy to understand.

Will did a great job on our home inspection. He was extremely detailed and covered every aspect of the inspection, including the structure, electrical, plumbing, roof, appliances, insulation, & more. Even when it was looking like the house had significant problems he still suited up to crawl under the house and capture every detail. He was also very responsive by phone. I will definitely use his services again and I highly recommend him.
