Save yourself money- If a home inspector locates unforeseen deficiencies in your home, this will give you the time to take care of them on your own. This helps to eliminate any opportunity for the buyer to negotiate a lower sale price. Speed up your sale process- The process of selling your home can increase tremendously when a home inspection has been previously completed in order to ensure that your home in the best shape it can be.
The process can be stressful. A Home Inspection is supposed to give you peace of mind, but may seem to have the opposite effect. You will be asked to absorb a lot of information in a short time. This often includes a written report, checklist, photographs, environmental reports and what the inspector himself says during the inspection.
A lot can happen in the first year of a new home and by this time you may have discovered many small (or not-so-small) things you have questions about with your new home. And what about the areas you have NOT looked like the attic and crawlspace? In Washington State, Builders are required to warranty all materials and labor on new construction for a period of one year after closing/completion.
One of the biggest mistakes new construction home buyers make is assuming any defects or issues will be caught by the Builder or the City Building Inspector. While new homes are just that, brand new, it doesn't mean they are perfect. They are still built by humans that can be prone to errors like the rest of us.

He was great, professional, and punctual! Ryan was very thorough in his inspection, and honest, and even though no one wants to hear all of the bad… he tells you. He doesn’t sugar coat things. Ryan was also very good at explaining his thoughts on things, and explaining things so I could understand them! He’s wonderful! Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Ryan did a thorough inspection of the home we were purchasing. He stopped and explained different items as he came across them and answered my questions. Throughout the inspection Ryan showed professionalism and good humor. He was honest in explaining which items were serious and need prompt attention and which were minor items that did not have to be remedied immediately. His report classified items according to type---plumbing, electrical, furnace etc---and included photos of the items of interest. I would definitely recommend Integrity Inspection Services for any real estate inspection.

Being a first time home buyer I wasn't really sure what the process was going to be like. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional; and very thorough which I appreciated. Ryan showed up at the property on time and with a smile on his face. He inspected the property very thoroughly and explained everything to me as we went along. When he was finished, he did a detailed debrief with us. The report was sent out the next morning. Ryan did a great job and was fun to be around. I would definitely recommend him!
