Workman Orthodontics is unique in many ways. First, Dr. Workman is a product of the Poway School District. She became fascinated with the orthodontic profession early in high school because she saw how it positively affected patients and increased not only their smile, but also their confidence, and had a huge effect on their lives.

If you are looking for an outstanding orthodontist you just found one!
Dr. Lily Workman is amazing! I was 62 when I walked into her office somewhat ambivalent about starting this process at my age. She gave me several options for treatment and was both honest, and encouraging. I’m thrilled with the way my teeth look today 20 months later they are beautiful!
Lily even made a special appointment for me during Covid when she didn’t have to! Lily loves what she does and it truly shows. Workman orthodontics office is both beautiful and child friendly in Poway. It was well worth the drive I made

I just finished having braces again - for the 4th time! Dr. Workman is wonderful. All of the staff are great. The whole experience was hassle free and painless. I was always able to get in to see her when I needed and scheduling appointments around my work was no problem. I am so pleased with my smile - she made sure everything was right before taking them off! I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Workman is careful and detailed in her work. She lets her patients know what the plan is and reminds them that they share in the responsibility of their orthodontic care by proper hygiene and wearing the rubber bands faithfully. She is professional, personable, and creates a comfortable office atmosphere.
I drive 15 miles one way for each appointment and it is totally worth it!

I have been a patient for the last 4 years and I am absolutely amazed and extremely satisfied with my treatment and the results. Dr. Workman is a great professional, her office is clean, up-to-date and gorgeous. I had splendid results of her treatment. She and her staff make you feel comfortable and welcome right away. The only reason for the missing star is the lack of privacy as patients are seen in a large open area with multiple chairs.

Dr. Workman and the staff were such a joy to be around! I enjoyed meeting and talking with everyone who worked here!
