Horrible maintenance of property they are selling - I live next door to a Croslis listing that has been on the market for over half a year. Not once has anyone tended to the property. Grass/weeds are nearing 3 ft in height, and dandelions number in the thousands. I can't keep my property clear of weeds thanks to this, and I'm now getting infested with vermin (mice/rabbits/etc), where I have never had an issue in living in this house for 10 years.
Called the listing agent to discuss, and had to endure a verbal tirade. Let's just say, customer service, at least from Jose Rosario
