My phone experience is the reason for the 1 star. Through a phone conversation with DEBBIE I already knew by the tone of her voice that she was not interested in showing us a house because we didnt have a pre approval letter. Our appointment to view the house was all set up and shortly after the phone conversation I received a text message from DEBBIE stating:
