The supervisor Victoria is the rudest human being I have ever had to deal with . I pre-scheduled my daughters bracket to be fixed and when I arrived i was told she didn’t have an appt after I showed proof then is now when Victoria proceeded to tell me per the doctor this issue can wait until her next appt which is (4-6 weeks out ) then when I asked for cooperates number , Victoria was uncooperative and hung up on me . When I called back , Victoria answered again and finally gave me the information I was asking for and then asked if it pertained to my daughter. I told her I no longer needed to

My entire orthodontic experience was great. Dr. Ponce is amazing & always listened to any concerns I had! While getting my braces off, Yovanna was great! Super easy process of getting them off and kept checking in with me throughout the process to make sure I was doing okay. The rest of the team is just as friendly & super personal. Will recommend to friends & family!

I had the pleasure of being patient at Wild West for a little over 6 years. Every single time the professionalism and cleanliness was nothing short of perfect. Ana and Aimee are the life of this place always bringing laughs to the kids. Dr. Ponce and her team are amazing I highly recommend Wild West for all your ortho needs.

I am extremely upset with the service this office has provided for my daughter . At appointments they wouldn’t set up next appointment to keep up with treatment. It happened twice first time I thought okay it was a mistake . Now I’m moving her to another office they have charged my insurance the full price of work that they have not provided. I was told on Tuesday I would get a letter to end my services and today is Friday and I keep getting the run around . I would not recommend this place . Not if you want the job done right
