Owners and employees are crooks. They dont do background checks, drug and alcohol tests. Most of the repo guys perform repossession with no repo license with the owners consent. Camera car drivers are allowed to smoke weed while driving and are allowed to work while being high. The manager in Jacksonville likes to hit women while at the office. I have way many more bad things to say!

They could make it easier for clients to get in contact with the office. I tried calling the number myself and didn't know that I had to choose "Emergency Towing" to get in contact with the staff outside of office hours. You would not select "Emergency Towing" if you didn't need to get towed, you'd select any other option. There was also no… operator option. If someone wants more information, they should be forwarded to the person on staff after-hours immediately, not only if they guess to dial 1 (Emergency Towing).
