The worst service ever today. 11/2/2020. When I called them a guy locked up and I gave him my model car, year, ect. He then asked me for the same exact info 10 mins later into our conversation. I thought it was so weird as he seemed so I focused. Also, They quoted me 45 mins to 1 hour wait for tow truck, and it was 1.5 hours so I called them to ask if they were still coming. The guy said it's another 45 mins, so I said why he didn't tell me sooner and he said of I didn't like it to call another place. So I said I will and hung up on him. Never go here.

The most rude person on the phone. Don't answer calls and when they do you will be berated for calling. Not a way to run a business. It's understandable that I told company is busy but they should be more understanding that the customers that are calling are in really bad situations.I truly cannot believe the response that they had when they finally picked up "how dare you call four times we will not pick up your car". This was a literal slap in the face for what is already a terrible experience.

Very shady business. It took the driver a couple of hours to get to my house (in a nice neighborhood) and jump my car (a Range Rover). The driver- apparently a new hire- called the owner of this business on speaker phone to ask what the charge should be. He said they have a $50 flat rate. When I handed over my credit card, I was then informed that they have a "cash only policy." Needless to say, I did not have a single dollar in cash on my person or in my house. The owner started ranting that he informed me of this policy when I initially called for the service- which he certainly did

When you go on Google there's another company that comes up $49 anywhere in Broward and they're lying call these guys after that guy their service was amazing in fact the driver was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my truck he took good care of getting it on the truck safely he beat me to the service station driving
