This place is the worse. I had a bad experience with them back in Feb. 2019 because they did not verify my insurance w VSP prior to my appt. We finally straightened it out. I ordered my contacts and it took over 2 weeks for them to arrive because they Never ordered them. I had to call and follow up w them. And then today it happened again. They called 15 min prior to my daughter appt to say that our insurance was showing as inactive. I called VSP amd all was well. So I call Ideal to find out where the disconnect was and the phone rep had zero initiative in helping out. She acted as if the optometrist

I regret going to this location and wasting my time. I made a appointment for 12:30 and I was there at 12:34 due to rain and had to park far in Walmart. When I arrived there they gave me a form fill out. Once I was done filling out the form they told me that I have to come back after 2 o clock and wait in standby to open up. When I asked them why Their excuse was I was late 4 minute. REALLY that was just a excuse and truth is that they had more client then they could handle before lunch. If you guy overbook your self then why should I wait in standby. I am taking my business somewhere else.

My mom and I both On two different occasions we’re not satisfied I was diagnosed as nearsighted by one doctor and was told I need bifocals by another one at the same place.
I paid to have contacts fitted I tried on two different sets they were not comfortable with my eyes I was told there were no other contacts for me to try I went to get my money back Dr. Hoan Lee Refused to give my money back Took me into the exam room and talk down to me he was being rude all the sudden he had more for me to try they just weren’t in stock I was treated like I was getting in trouble my mom was told she had
