Schaumburg Auto Body was originally opened in 1979. I worked there for a year before I purchased it in 1983. When I took over there was little work, but I knew there was so much potential in the auto body shop. I was the estimator, the secretary, the painter and the car washer. After the first year I had two employees.
Schaumburg Auto Body has gone a step further than other auto body shops in completing our ProFirst certification from the American Honda Motor Company. This additional certification holds us at a higher standard for service quality and shop excellence. ProFirst certified technicians maintain the most up to date, Honda-specific training with current Honda repair specifics.

They completed the work as promised by the date they had given me on my 2015 Toyota Rav 4Jesse would text me frequently with updates. I had an accident t early in the year and took my SUV to another body shop located close to this place it was night and day dealing with Schaumburg auto body the customer service was excellent compared to that other shop I had dealt with. The work does t compare. I was in shock when I got into my SUV it had been completely detailed in the inside as well as the outside.The other shop gave my SUV back dirty and never bothered to clean it.Thank you Schaumburg auto body

There are 2 younger gentlemen working (cleaning and detailing) for SAB who went above and beyond to try and help me replace a blown tire today. They absolutely did not have to bother with me in any way, shape or form, but they did. They showed their outstanding character, trying to help someone in need as they did. SAB should be very proud of these two young men. I wish nothing but the best for them. God bless!

Very professional and kind staff. The quality of work was perfect and the price was fair. I had rear end damage to my vehicle that they repaired and you can’t tell that the vehicle was ever in a accident. Would definitely use them again if I have to add would recommend them to anyone. The car came out amazing. Was a little upset due to me dropping my car off and calling for updates and not getting them or even a call back. Was extremely un happy and irritated because they messed with my radio and changed the equalizer settings and took the car for a joyride as well, who needs to put on over 15 miles for a test drive. Came to get the bumper fixed, dropped off the car monday got it back on friday. Happy with the results but will not schedule in the future.

After having my new car for two weeks I was involved in an accident that took out my front passenger door. It was hit pretty bad and I was devastated. The dealer where I purchased it recommended Schaumburg Auto Body and I’m so glad that they did. They are a certified repair shop for most makes and they did a beautiful job. Looks as nice as it did when I drove it off the car lot. They are honest, professional and do beautiful work. If you are unfortunate to need body work I highly recommend Schaumburg Auto Body.

Our car was rear ended while stopped at a traffic light. The car was drivable but it was ugly and the back up sensors didn't work. Schaumburg Auto Body did excellent work for me before. Without question, I went there again. Maggie checked the damage; gave me an estimate and ordered parts. Kim set up a repair date and the car was fixed 3 days after the parts arrived. The repair work was excellent and the paint a perfect match. I highly recommend this business if you need auto body work done. You probably will if drivers keep texting. This is our 2nd rear end damage

My bumper was replaced after Coyote ran out in front of my car. They do amazing work and definitely will be coming in to get another estimate .Jesse gets to the point and doesn’t feed around the bush and tells you exactly what needs to be done. They kept me informed throughout the entire repair process .Very happy with the service and will definitely refer others to Schaumburg Auto Body!!!
