I cannot say greater things about Collision Service Center and my experience with them. I had a car accident while traveling through the Chicago area and needed to get back to Texas quickly, and they were the only shop that took the time to listen to my situation and take my car in. They not only fixed my car beautifully but they worked late to get it done early for me so that I could get back home. Earnie the owner is a standup guy, he met with me himself and even got his hands dirty working on my car to get it done in time. All the other body shops in the area told me it would be at least a month

We anticipated a long repair after an accident. We initially tried another service repair when our insurance company gave us three options. That company never returned our call. We called our local insurance agent who suggest we call Collision Service. They gave us a ride home and gave us a date when the car would be done. They called every other day keeping us up to date (THAT IS AMAZING in itself). Then they called and said our car would be done early! The car looked fantastic...matching a very difficult color perfectly. A bad experience with the car accident was certainly alleviated a bit by

My car was involved in an accident while I was at work; my parked car was rear ended 😑. It was such a bad day and this accident just made everything worse. Ernie and his guys made everything easy and stress free for me!! Everything went according to schedule and I was informed of every step in the repair process, and they even arranged to have my oil changed!! I cannot recommend this company enough! My car looks brand new and I could not be more happy with the work here! Despite “the end of the world” pandemic going on, I felt safe using SCS because of all the extra sanitizing procedures they use to thoroughly clean my car and disinfect it.
The body work is flawless. The paint looks completely original. It’s was very damaged, I am sure they had to cut off a good portion of the quarter panel. Looks like the day I got it.
Aurora, who works in the office, was sharp as a tack and doesn’t waste time getting you all the information you need as quickly and pleasantly as possible. She is ready to go the extra mile to help you.
