Our Group Training program is a great way to commit to your fitness in a high energy, exciting atmosphere. Our Personal Training services are an opportunity to work with one of our certified Personal Trainers on a personalized program that is built to help you reach your fitness goals efficiently. All Trainers are NCCA accredited, meaning they have passed an official certification exam that is recognized nationally.
In addition, we have years of experience and a required on-boarding process, developed here at JP Fitness, to ensure we bring you the best training. In the training studio, we are able to track your workouts and the intensity through heart rate training software. Through these different features, we are able to cover all our bases to bring you the best fitness experience!

Services
Our group sessions focus on a total body strength and conditioning workout. Enjoy a high-energy atmosphere as our Trainer leads the session over the mic. We also limited the capacity in our group training room to ensure you get the personalized attention you need. We begin every client out with an initial appointment to discuss goals, exercise history, and what they want to get out of their fitness journey.
Members are allowed two guest passes a month to use for friends and family. A family or friend who will be visiting our facility for the first time can use this pass. If it is their 2+ visit, please use the second pass link. This pass is for a family or friend of a member who is coming into the facility for their second or more visit.
The MOVE FIT session is a 45-minute appointment where we assess five different areas of your lifestyle and fitness to see how well you can MOVE FIT. The end of the assessment we go over each category and what the total numerical score means. During the consultation we discuss factors including lifestyle, sleep, stress, your daily food habits, and overall mental well-being.

Best gym experience I’ve ever had! My membership included a personal trainer and full studio access- highly recommend both! It’s always clean, the staff is amazing, good variety of equipment, and I’ve never not felt welcomed. My personal trainers, Mimi and Grace, both have helped me so much with my fitness journey and I’ve seen so much more growth then when I was working out on my own. This gym is definitely worth the investment!

I have never had a more positive experience at a gym before - and I have tried A LOT of gyms! They are 100% the best in Mankato, if not the whole region. The facility is beautiful, the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, and most importantly, I don't dread going to the gym because they make it so positive. If you are considering personal training for weight loss or to improve your overall health, I highly recommend taking the plunge! I personally have been working with Bobbi for almost a year and she is the BEST. She really knows what she is doing and has a wonderful personality that is so fun

I've been with JP fitness for a couple of years and absolutely love it! As someone who hates working out in front of people, the atmosphere and staff make me feel so comfortable and welcomed! This gym is only good if you join the group classes. They take over in the morning and leave little equipment for anyone else. If you want a gym to do your own thing avoid this place. I cancelled but since they have a confusing cancelation policy.

Absolutely love JP Fitness! Everyone is so supportive and the studio is a welcoming, judge-free zone. All of the trainers do a great job of providing encouraging feedback during the group classes that are intentionally kept small. Classes are offered during a wide variety of times meaning I can get in a great workout in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

As Miss Mankato 2017, JP sponsors me. I am so proud to go to the gym there. Jon works incredibly hard for his clients and helps them be the best they can be. I have seen an amazing change in myself from working out there, and now go to the gym as another little home! Everyone there is super supportive, kind, helpful, and truly wants you to succeed. I cannot think of a better place to be!
