Services
The LCARC features separate men and women's locker rooms, and also a "Family Locker Room". The Family Locker Room features lockable individual shower/changing rooms including a larger room with a handheld shower and stabilizer bars. All showers in the Family Locker Room are roll-in style. When the LCARC is closed, 24/7 members still have access to the Family Locker Room.
We are currently seeking employees for the position of LIFEGUARD. It is strongly preferred that you are already lifeguard certified, but if that is not it is possible that you could get your training through us or another entity if you plan to work at here. Come SPLASH into the Rec's Pool! We have 6 lane pool connected to the zero depth shipwrecked area for little ones, a 102' waterslide, an 8.5 foot deep end and a hot tub. We offer reasonably priced swim lessons for those aged 6 months and older. We encourage parents to observe lessons and encourage practicing.
This weighted bar fitness class uses simple exercises that will target every muscle group. The class is based off of the beat of the song so it keeps you motivated to push though! The class is no longer than 45 minutes so you're in and out before you notice! This 55 minute class starts with barbell strength training and finishes with kickbox and martial arts movements.

Sponsored by MinnStar Bank, Consolidated Communications, and Mayo Clinic Health System, and individual event sponsors, these monthly events typically feature and activity, a free-will offering luncheon, and an educational speaker.
