I took time off from work this morning (11/7/2019) in order to facilitate a showing appointment from one of your agents -- Kathy Watson -- from 8:30am to 9:30am. Kathy decided it would be professional to no-show the appointment without even offering the courtesy of cancelling or informing our listing agent. We have two dogs that have to be removed from the house in order to facilitate showings. This has now required me to miss a considerable amount of work this morning which will then cause to work late and miss time with my family this evening -- and all for no reason whatsoever. I probably should have done this review in 2004, as that is when my wife (Fiance at the time) was in a car accident. Mr. Beck put us at ease and referred my wife to a Chiropractor (Who is still our Chiropractor to this day...not due to the accident). Mr. Beck got my wife a nice settlement (That was AFTER making sure that all the hospital and after care bills were settled).
