Advanced Degree Carpet Cleaning provides a range of services for both residential and commercial customers, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and wood floor cleaning. When providing these services, we do everything necessary to elevate everything we clean to its best possible condition.
Our objective is to elevate everything we clean to its best possible appearance. To do this, we use the most intense, thorough cleaning processes in the industry and deliver them with our IICRC industry-certified technicians. Our highly trained technicians understand the science of cleaning - not just the physical processes.
Conduct a pre-cleaning walk through with you to understand your objectives, concerns and expectations. Evaluate the state of the upholstery, establish likely results and agree on pricing (this step can be done separately as an estimate or on the day of cleaning). Apply an upholstery-specific emulsifier to dissolve the oils binding the soil to the fabric and give it an appropriate time to act.
Advanced Degree Carpet Cleaning also cleans ceramic, stone and vinyl tile. As with all our services, we take the time to do the job right so that your floors are bright and refreshed and you are thrilled with your home. When I tell you they went above and beyond to help me I am not kidding! I tried to do something nice and clean a decent sized rug for my mom myself...never again. This rug has been through the ringer between power washing, being left out to dry, and then being rained on, dragged through the dirt, I mean the list truly goes on and on. Advanced Degree Carpet Cleaning could not have impressed me more. They were extremely Attentive, thorough in finding out exactly what the rug needed and extremely kind and patient in dealing with my frantic self! Their staff was not only early, but also super professional

5 stars is not always about a great job done the first time. While the bedrooms came out great, the wetness in the stair wells left an odor. With my uncommon carpet, the team had to return a couple of more times, but Mike was great to work with, made me feel like a valued customer (I hired them once before), communicated quickly and thoroughly, and genuinely wanted my satisfaction. I will hire them again for our next carpet cleaning, too!

We had a great experience with Advance Degree. Had all of our carpets cleaned and they came out looking brand new. Mackenzie and Cassie were right on time, pleasant and professional. Advance was also significantly less expensive than a major competitor. Will be doing business with them again.
