We just got a place that use to be a rental for years. We thought the carpets were beyond repair and just wanted to get somewhat clean. I have used steam carpet cleaners before. John was professional and stated that we might be surprised at what he could do. The carpets came out beyond wonderful. He was also able to clean the grout in the kitchen from black to white. I would recommend to all my friends!

He was on time and on point. His attitude is the best. The day before our appointment, our elevator broke.
