Services
Acupuncture is a system of integrative medicine that entails the stimulation of specific points on the body, with hair thin, disposable needles. Modern research shows that acupuncture stimulates the release of endorphins, serotonin, and other neurotransmitters that promote circulation and hormonal balance as well as reduce pain and inflammation.
For most people receiving treatment is quite relaxing. Most patients have stated that there is little or no pain as very fine, sterile, disposable needles are used. Treatments are available without the use of needles using other treatment modalities such as acupressure, cupping and massage.
How often you will need treatment, will depend upon your individual needs, type of condition, its severity, how long you have had it, and how your body responds to the treatments. For average conditions, I recommend one treatment at least once a week preferably at least three to six consecutive weeks.

I have been going to Pam for some time now and she is truly amazing. I have digestive, hormone, and stress issues. Every time I go to Pam she listens, take notes and really cares about her patients. I have seen a significant change in my issues and I feel so much better since I have been getting acupuncture. I have tried EVERTHING and this is the one thing that has made such a difference in my life. When I leave Zaley Acupuncture I feel rejuvenated, relaxed and balanced.

Amazing experience! I was a skeptic about acupuncture, but Pam Zaley instantly put me at ease! I was relieved to discover that the needles were virtually painless. I was stunned when she put a needle in my left foot and I could immediately feel energy and sensation in my right hand from that needle in my foot! That alone convinced me of the power of Qi! Since then she's helped me with numerous pain issues in my neck, arms and lower back.
Her space is quiet and inviting and she does everything to make me comfortable while I relax into the treatment! She put a warming light on my feet (which were
