We got married on 4/30/2021 after having to move from our original date of 10/10/2020. Ruby has been extremely attentive and responsive from day one and helped make our change of date seamless even with all the issues COVID has brought about. The food was absolutely incredible, and her staff was professional and quick when serving the guests. I can't say enough how pleased I was with the service, and how easy it is to stay in touch with Ruby. I highly recommend if you're looking for delicious food at an amazing price!

I booked Latin Raices catering for my daughter's sweet 16, Ruby and her staff are AMAZING. Everyone even after the party kept complimenting how amazing and good the food was and just how awesome everything was. I definitely recommend them for any event that needs catering, if I need a caterer this will be my go to. Ruby was easy to talk to and so helpful. Thank you so much for making my daughter sweet 16 a night to remember.

We booked this caterer for our wedding and were so happy! Not only was the food delicious, but the staff was so kind. The waiters kept checking on us during the reception and had some of the cocktail hour foods on the table for us when we arrived (empanadas were so good!). They also made a to go box for us to take to the hotel with us.

Oh the baked ziti. And apparently the meatballs. These were just 2 of the major talking points from our wedding. We couldn't imagine having a vendor that was more accomodating, flexible, and who really delivered the goods (and the goodies) than Chef Ruby. She was lovely to work with each time we had a meeting with her or spoke to her on the phone. With all the craziness that comes with having a wedding in 2020 it would be easy for a vendor to be rigid and make the best decision for their business and not for their clients. Thank goodness Ruby is the furthest from this type of business owner. She

We had our Contact Less Tasting with Ruby and WOW! It was amazing, the food was perfectly packaged, fresh and DELICIOUS. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to still have the opportunity to experience a tasting. We are so excited! I know people normally leave post event comment but this amount of effort deserves recognition.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ruby and the staff from Latin Raices. My husband and I and our guests loved her amazing cuisine. That's one of the many compliments we received. You can tell Ruby and her staff cook with passion as it transmits to each bite you taste. I truly recommend Latin Raices if you're looking for a real authentic Puerto Rican cuisine with a gourmet twist. I highly recommend and would hire her and her staff again.
