As an Orlando native, Kim Pearson's love for creating colorful, authentic and classic dishes from scratch are done with creativity and heart. After graduating from the University of Central Florida with her associate of arts degree, she transferred to Florida State University for a bachelor of science degree in clothing and textiles, with a minor in business.

They catered my sons wedding on July 22nd. For 200 people
Have to say the food great all my guest complimented. Have to say Linda and her staff did such an awesome job. The service was Great they was on top of everything. Have to honestly say they are great. And excited my expectations. They are definitely going to have my business for every function and will definitely be referring to all my friends and business associates.

Used Pearson's for the first time today for a breakfast catering after hearing good things word of mouth. Delivery was on time, professional and best of all the food was incredibly good. Everybody at breakfast raved about how good the food was. I am a device rep so will definitely be using Pearson's Catering in the future for my customers.

This is the best caterer in the entire State of Florida. Pearson's catering has done multiple holiday functions for my corporation over the years. The food is phenomenal, the service is beyond comparison, the presentation is gorgeous and oh the creativity of their chef's - better than a 5 star restaurant. I have never been disappointed whether it's a luncheon for 50 employee's or our company party of 2000 - this is the best catering company I have worked with in 25 years
