Because no two people-or paths-are identical, we offer personalized treatment programs for every client. We're proud to now admit women into our leading residential recovery program, helping more people recover for the long term. Substance abuse affects a person's entire family and all who love them.

For this reason, family therapy is considered an important element in anyone's recovery plan. When you're ready to take the first step to managing your addiction, the Into Action Recovery community is here to welcome you. If your loved one is struggling with addiction and substance abuse, our team is here to help change their life for the better.
Services
We help our clients reach the best recovery possible through a caring approach to self-discovery. As Houston's leading drug rehab center, our mission is to empower people struggling with addiction to find health and peace. We believe that spiritual development and healthy recovery can bring inner peace to our clients who are overcoming addiction and substance abuse.
Into Action's drug and alcohol detox program provides safe, medically supervised treatment as clients struggling with addiction begin their path to recovery. Our experienced staff works with each patient to develop a detoxification program targeted to their specific addiction (or addictions) in order to safely remove the drug from their system, helping them enter rehabilitation for long-term success.
Residential drug and alcohol treatment programs at Into Action provide you with a safe, secure, structured environment that allows you to focus on achieving your sobriety. Into Action's residential treatment programs are managed by our experienced staff to provide custom, effective treatment of your addiction.
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is designed for clients who are ready to take the next step in their recovery. PHP clients have ideally already completed a residential recovery program and are ready for a less structured therapeutic environment. This personalized treatment level provides a gradual approach to outpatient treatment which ensures a full continuum of care and structure as individuals continue their recovery.
Into Action's intensive outpatient services provide effective, compassionate support for patients who do not require inpatient treatment programs or could benefit from continuing treatment as they transition from inpatient programs. Many clients with early to middle stage drug or alcohol dependency who have a strong support network and home environment are good candidates for outpatient treatment.

I would like to start by stating that obviously I'm not a doctor. Yes, lovely facilities here and very caring staff, but am changing my rating because while I was there at sober living they told us that unless we all gave them a good review and 5 stars we would not get the firestick privileges back, so was peer pressured into doing it. (I'm positive the owners did not know about that). I knew quite a few people who've left reviews and almost all of them have now relapsed and posted their review usually after immediate release, most make a career of going back to rehab after a few months. (I dont

I sent my GF there for rehab.. anytime I called for my girlfriend the guys would never her tell her and the women would. She was atractive.. I was her main support.. the guys would never let her know I was calling for her during rehab and she felt alone... its really sad and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who want to contact their loved ones..

Into Action was unable to help my daughter due to her behavioral issues yet, they went above and beyond to do what they could and found another facility to treat her behavior. Great thanks to Shane (owner) and his staff for all they did for her while she was in your care.

Words can’t describe how much this place means to me. Truly a safe haven that has now become a home away from home. I would recommend that anyone struggling with substance abuse to please check this place out. All the positive reviews you are reading are 100% correct. Checking yourself or a loved one into a rehabilitation center is a hard decision to make but everyone from the RAs to upper management are first class and make you feel right at home. This place is AA/12 step based so if you are looking for an easy way out this won’t be it. Sobriety requires action and through this program I learned

Thought about into action today and all my Houston experiences and wanted to leave this here and say: I went to into action 3 years ago (did 30 day inpatient, and sober living after that) and I've been sober ever since. I've completely transformed my life in every way imaginable and it all began here. I am eternally grateful for Into Action for housing me during the dark part of my life and teaching me the tools needed to create a beautiful reality. Thank you, and Namaste 🙏

I have to say that I have been to this center twice and both times I received nothing greater than open arms from all the staff members! They truly care about the clients and are always there for each and every one of them. Into Action has all the resources to live a happy, productive, and sober life. I am truly amazed that Shane and Paul share time each week with the clients and will take time to listen and help resolve any issues that the families or clients have. I HIGHLY recommend this center for anyone that needs a loving and caring place to take time for themselves to work out any issues

Into action saved my life. I traveled from the new york metropolitan area to get right. I admit at first I was a bit scared coming from across the country. Once there I felt comfortable in no time. The nurses and the counselors were wonderful. The other patients picked up on my accent and teased me lovingly. I spent about 5 weeks there in March and April. I then was afraid to leave. I am proud to say I have almost 9 months sober now as I write this. I am a 58 year old that drank for 40 years and took pain meds for 10. I may have stayed longer or went to the sober house but I needed to get home

Into Action has been one of the biggest and best life changing experiences I’ve had. I’m grateful every single day for the hard work the entire facility does, true heroes in my eyes. I might not be alive today without them.
The time I spent here at both the recovery center and the soberhouse has been designed incredibly well. The amount of resources I was given each day to accomplish long term sobriety was seemingly limitless.
I’ve gained so many new friends and grown so much in a short amount of time but most of all I have a new lease on life if I continue to implement what the program

The sake of god and one day at a time. I truly have much love for this recovery center. Into Action saved my life. The staff there is top notch. From the admission process, front desk staff, the counseling staff, the recovery advocates staff, the kitchen staff, and the nursing staff all of them are all truly one of a kind. Very well trained, compassionate, and really care about everyone who walks into the doors of Into Action.
