There is much to say about Saunders Home Inspections. To date, John has completed 3 outstanding inspection reports for us. We are in the process of choosing an investment property. Each time, John has provided us with documented information that has played a huge part in our decision-making. John is professional in his communication, presentation of information in person, as well as an outstanding and detailed report of the inspections. He includes not only the information, but lots of detailed pictures to give the consumer a first-hand view of what we can not always see. We are still searching

We called John for a pre-purchase inspection of a single family home. He was very accommodating about scheduling. He went over the house in extreme detail. He was thorough in every system and gave us a great report by the evening, complete with around 400 pictures. Always professional and friendly. House is about 3000 sq. ft. with a pool, boat lifts, dock and sprinkler system. He even did a termite inspection. All this was checked out and the price was great! I recommend calling Saunders Home Inspections.

Mr. John inspected two homes for me . As a first time home buyer i had lots of questions . John gave me piece of mind with his thorough and complex inspection . Within hours he delivered a thorough and complete report including hundreds of pictures. We dodged a bullet with the first house . My experience with John as a Home Inspector was Outstanding. He encouraged that I walk along with him if I chose to do that. I am glad I did, he shared information as he conducted his inspection that made me feel very good with the home inspection process. At the end of his inspection he provided me and my Realtor with a very professional report that included pictures. He took time to point some deficiencies during the process of inspection that will occur was the house gets older as the years go by and how to maintain them to avoid any serious discrepancies later on.
