I can’t say enough about the service I received from this company. The inspector Gerald always on time and the service provided is top notch. He saved me from a very costly error by him ensuring that he provided a not good but great inspection. I the moved on found another place reached back out to him who I am so comfortable with as his true professionalism and reassurance that he’s there for you the customer who hired him shows he cares. He knows this area so we’ll and has done tons of inspection. I have also discovered he’s the only master inspector in the area which speaks volumes.

Gerald was very personable, professional, and insightful. He was so helpful and thorough. We are so glad we chose him to perform our home inspection. It was a MUST have to do a review for this company. In full honesty you will be making the B E S T decision in booking Corpus Christi Home Inspections. Gerald Herrmann performed the inspection, and I was thoroughly impressed. What I liked most was that he explained all the findings clearly in layman's terms as he inspected the house. I was able to understand how major or minor some of the deficiencies were. I highly recommend hiring Corpus Christi Home Inspections. Gerald also was very personable and had great customer service. Overall, I felt very confident having him inspect the house as a first time home buyer.

First time home buyer here and I was so thankful for Gerry taking his time to review the entire report with my husband and myself over the phone, especially so late in the evening (sorry Gerry!) because of our schedules. Nonetheless, completely professional and courteous. Helped us understand what was major and what was more maintenance and cosmetic repairs. Definitely worth every penny spent. If you’re buying a house, DO NOT TRY TO CUT CORNERS AND SAVE A FEW BUCKS ON THIS - GET AN INSPECTION EVERY TIME! And get Gerry to do it!
