With young and old climbing these basement stairs all the time, thought it was necessary to get something more comfortable and safer than just wood installed. Decided to have carpet installed by Phil's Carpets… and they did an absolutely amazing job! Couldn’t have asked for better. So wonderful, great quality, awesome customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them for all your carpet and flooring needs!

We had 5,000+ square feet of LVP flooring installed by Phil's Carpets in our home. After a few months, the floor started to buckle and melt from the fall sun coming through the windows. We told Phil and he indicated he would come out and fix the floors. We contacted him again when that didn't happen. This time, he came with a product rep (who took… a lot of pictures) for the floor and told us he'd get back to us. Neither he nor the product rep got back to us. We emailed again -- heard nothing back. We spent *a lot* of money on these floors and they're still damaged.

They installed a custom tile shower and new carpet for us. Everyone, from the sales team to the installers were very friendly and helpful. They showed up when they said they would and went above and beyond to get the job done on time. We are very pleased with the finished product and highly recommend them to everyone.

Their estimate of what I needed to order was spot on, not over like another bid. On top of that they were terrific to work with. Phenomenal! Honest, professionals throughout the process of selection, installation, and follow-up. They did a master bedroom and the entire second floor with hardwood. Very special thanks to Eddie and Phil for their patience, and dedication to putting the customer first. The installation team was extremely skilled, neat, and considerate of the rest of the house.
