On the 8th of June 2021, we made an order for prescription glasses and were promised that we would have them in two weeks. We still haven't received the order as of August 6th. They say they'll contact the lab and inform me every time I phone, but no one ever does. We are quite dissatisfied with their service and had hoped for something better. Prescription glasses are critical, particularly if the vision problem is linked to headaches. Customer dissatisfied! :(

Dr. Lisa is very nice and professional, I have used her care since 2005, on and off. The office staff used to be very nice, professional and organized, and was the reason for me to come back despite I live far from the office.
Early this year I had another exam and ordered two pair of glasses and contact lenses. First pair came in but the second one did not, nor did I get my lenses or even fitting exam scheduled. I call every week and keep getting placed on long holds after which I am told to receive the call back. No calls, no follow up. I have paid off all services and exams that I did not receive

Doctors are great, but customer service is not. I have been waiting over 2months for prescription sunglasses. Whenever I call in for an update I’m given the run around and never a straight answer. I’m always told someone will call me back which no one ever does. Honestly just want an actual timeline being that I was told they were at the lab almost 3 weeks ago. Never going back which sucks because the doctors are very good.

I would highly recommend Dr. Gartner & Galstian. They're not only up to speed in the technology department, but they take the time to explain their findings, while not pressuring you into anything. Dr. Gartner was also very kind in nature. Their staff was also very pleasant and helpful. It was first experience there and I'm very happy with my decision to go with them.

I have worn glasses for 20+ years. Have never had such a frustrating experience.
Good doctors but terrible staff. Went to pick up my glasses, but the fit was off. So the attendant spent 10 minutes trying to fix the frames. I had to return the next day after noticing that the frames were assembled improperly. When I returned to the office, I was told “i noticed that yesterday”. Essentially, they knew my glasses were defected but let me go home with them anyway.
Picked up the new pair today. Asked for the end of the glasses arms to be bent in, to frame my head. The attendant even inspected

Optometrist was very nice but ladies at the front desk are not. Decided socializing was more important than my time. They had a very long (10 min) conversation. They thus called me 10 min late to start my appointment. Upon leaving one of the women tried to charge me $50 more than the other had quoted me. Not acceptable. Will not go back.
