The mission of Alquimia Inc is to design and build construction projects for clients by using fine craftsmanship and building science to deliver durability, thermal comfort and healthy living spaces. When you build a home, you want that home to be healthy for everyone who enters it. The easiest way to do this is to include a system air filtration system that will help bring fresh air into the home.
Alquimia worked with an interior designer Brian Beatty to create plans for a whole home renovation for the very exclusive apartment. We took all walls down-to-the-studs and installed new systems for plumbing, electrical, low voltage network, and whole-home audio. New high end 8 full custom floors throughout the home.
The project originally started as a renovating garage area. The client was so impressed with the quality of design and construction project quickly expanded to whole house renovation with the addition of 1000 square foot second floor 3rd bedroom and bath.

Created cost estimation for the renewal of the lobby, security desk, mailroom, meeting room, kitchen, and gym. Alquimia Inc, one of the top-rated remodeling companies in Houston worked closely with architect Nathan Somera to complete this project. Project management for $300,000 renovation with architect and building manager and board of directors.
The project included a new controlled lighting design and automation. Structural steel fabrication to remove all supporting walls and posts on the first floor. Custom doors and hidden hinges detailed out with 1/4 reveals around the doors meeting the floors. We removed door trim and baseboards. Precision sheetrock details and custom wide plank oak floors make this spectacular home feel warm and cozy.
