The objective of the project was to find and create more space within the existing footprint, update and upgrade our room space and the quality of materials, and lastly to create a new custom look within the home, so it would last us for many years to come.

I didn't get a chance to actually utilize their services but this review is in regards to their response to an inquiry I had for services via yelp. They were very prompt, trustworthy, and provided their professional opinion. In the event that I need a structural engineer, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Levi Homes again.

Levi Moran was a pleasure to work with. His team completed a relatively small project (replacing our kitchen backsplash), and still handled it as a priority (which it was, for us!).
- He was prompt with budget
- Got me scheduled quickly
- Crew showed up on time and finished the job ahead of schedule
- Advised on tile selection and design
- Made additional recommendations regarding lighting, etc.
- Keep the job site clean and tidy, made ample arrangements to prevent dust contamination

We had our master bathroom remodeled and a few extra small areas retiled. Levi was easy to work with, kind, very responsive, kept in touch and checked on the work being done constantly. We especially were impressed with the work his tile guys did (floor and shower). They were hard-working, efficient, and did beautiful work while always respecting our home and the fact that we were leaving there. They kept things as clean and unobtrusive as possible. We are very very happy with the work done!

While we had some ideas about our dream kitchen, we didn’t really know what was possible. The creativity of Moran and his crew was key to making this project a success. Obsessive attention to details and giving us options we didn’t know existed was the hallmark of this project. And if you add finishing ahead of schedule and staying on budget, it does not get much better than this.
