Don't buy a new house that isn't completed and to your satisfaction. We put a contract on a house being built and we were told appliances would be Whirlpool. None of the appliances match and the stove is cheap and dented. The flooring was damaged in the kitchen and not fixed. Flooring unfinished in the laundry room.
We were promised that items that were not completed or needed to be fixed would be after closing. We were in a bind so we had to close before things were completed or repaired. We just found out our driveway was not to code and had to pay to have it corrected. It's
