The fear of bats has been perpetuated for centuries. Although a superstitious fear of bats may be unfounded, there is ample scientific evidence to warrant your desire to bat-proof your home. The bat is a nocturnal, flying animal that prefers dark, hidden areas. They are usually found in the attic, but they can also be found inside the walls of your home.
Even though there are more than 12,000 species of ants, only a handful of them are a problem in homes. Carpenter ants are one of them. These are the largest type of ant that you'll typically find inside a residence or business. Carpenter ants generally live in trees, but they can invade your home any time of year.
Fleas are small, wingless, hard-bodied insects that move quickly and are highly prolific. They bite wild animals, domestic pets, and humans. Their bites often cause severe itching, particularly when multiple bites are part of the picture. Fleas have the potential to transmit bacterial infections, disease, and internal parasites.
Pest insects come in all shapes and sizes. Some are more important to people than others, such as a honeybee versus a mosquito. Honey bees play an important part in the world around us and should be handled with care. Though they're beneficial insects, they can also become a pest if they invade the wrong place.

I have been using world wide a little over 2 years now. My technician Johnathan Lindsey is very professional has great bedside manners and is very respectful of my property. He communicates very well and always brings great energy. He's an older gentleman and I feel he listens to my concerns and always solves my issues. I rated a 4 as with the pandemic it's been difficult to find the office staff, but when you find them they too are very helpful.

I live in an apartment complex that uses this company, this company is a complete joke! Since November of 2020 i have had a severe roach problem and they have been no help! The pest control guy said i had no evidence of roaches and continued to use what i can only assume is a diluted solution because the roaches only got worse! So i had to take matters into my own hands and buy ortho home defense, and what do you know! In less than 24 hrs i had over 50 dead roaches in my apartment! But the guy said i had no evidence of roach activity! So what do i recommend othro home defense! Because its done

We contracted them for almost three years and over those years we had automatic payment. However, their account payable department is chaotic they would run our card when ever they remember not monthly as we had agree but after months. A year later, after I terminated their services I get a charge automatic cause they forgot to charge last month. Not even a courtesy call to explain or asked if they can bill. No invoice just a charge. Their technicians are wonderful, but as far as accounts payable department they need to improve and get organized.

We have been using WW Pest Control for a few years. We have had outstanding service by two technicians: Eddie and Timothy. They are both professional, courteous and thorough, and explain what all they will do prior to starting a job. They not only answer our questions, but we learn new things about the lifecycle of bugs and rodents. Timothy has recently serviced our home and he is top-notch professional—very customer service oriented and professional in all aspects of the job. We are happy with the service we receive from WWPest Control. Eddie and Timothy are deserving of recognition for the

Nice job speeding through a school zone in a company truck. He went flying past me this morning! Speed limit is 20mph and he had to have been going at least 40mph. Lucky no kids were crossing the road to get hit. Reckless drivers.

This company has taken care of my family’s home and yard for 10 years. They are polite, on time, professional and the best part is - we have no pests. George is the reliable, pleasant person who helps with the yard. I always look forward to talking to the front desk staff (hi Kristin!) because they are so helpful and polite. A great business who does good work!

Worldwide Pest Control Service was Excellent.
The Technician whose name was Rocky came out to my apartment complex was very professional, efficient and respectful.
We had an issue with bugs/roaches he came in inspected our apartment moved our appliances around and inspect every small area where they've found their way into our place.
He treated our place in such a timely and professional manner.
My husband did maintain a professional conversation and to that extend did ask his pay rate.
For all the work he did and how he knew so much about the products he used getting that low of a rate is

Worst pest control company in town. Stay away!!! If they come out they will stay 5 minutes and you will se absolutely no difference. Got a local company, the guy worked for 2 hours and we haven't seen a bug in 2 months.

Although I really have never had a bad experience with WWPC here in Austin, I am really sorry to see what happen with the bats but even more so to see that because one employee makes a huge I mean huge mistake others get trashed for it. I normally don't post reviews but don't like to see others with no fault get bashed when I know they do nothing but exceptional work. (Daniel who is our tech is very knowledgeable, has an amazing level of customer service and always gives clear and great advise). Either way I can't say enough great things about this company and of course Daniel

Any company that considers bats "pests" should be shut down, especially when they remove bats in such a cruel manner. Entombing bats, an important part of our ecosystem, in a foam that slowly kills them by blocking airways and orifices, is absolutely monstrous. Boycott this company until they stop these horrible methods.

If you want bats removed, there are several organizations you can call for safe removal that will keep the bats alive.

Are you kidding?!? I can't believe what I am hearing about your so-called "removal" process when it comes to bats!

Aside from simply burning the building down, sealing the animals in their found roosts with SPRAY FOAM so they die inside the space is the worst way I can think of to help the situation.

Please educate your staff about the proper and HUMANE way we treat such beneficial creatures. I am so angry and heart broken hearing this story.

What can I do to help you understand?

This company ignored humane options for moving bats out of a structure and instead sealed them in with spray foam causing them to die slow and miserable deaths utterly unnecessarily.

You may not like bats, and I'll not use this forum to explain why you should like them, but in the simplest terms, these are animals, not pests.

And why leave them terrified trying to escape while suffocating when they could be induced to move rather easily? Why chose this horrible method that leaves dead animals in the walls and ceilings

YOUR FACEBOOK PAGE SAYS NATURAL...NATURAL??!! Is that what you said when you were spraying your foam and entombing all those bats to DIE?! Bats are needed and provide many valuable aspects to nature and the world. I have a pest person and EVERYTHING is safe and have never had any problems for humans or pets. Your company should be charged with animal abuse. You have zero respect for all of the wild things that populate our world. I live in the country and have never killed a mouse, rat, squirrel, gopher, etc. And I know my pest control is safe as I feed wild animals on my deck. Texas needs
