Been using this place for a yr since I moved into my new house and after that time, im still killing unwanted critters that was suppose to be taking care like this company is feeding them instead of killing them. Plus, I still have spiders outside and all around my house. I have been given this company my money for nothing and the problems is still here. I might even take legal action, since I paid for a service for a yr and still have the problem. I would not recommend this company to no one, very bad experience and not fulfilled on the promise made of insect termination.

We purchased our home a year ago and wanted to do a routine termite inspection. Kaitlyn helped me over the phone and was friendly and professional in setting up an appointment. Sean was our technician and couldn't have been more helpful. He did a thorough inspection of the outside of the home, answering all questions to my satisfaction. Got the liquid and station treatments done with Pro Defense at reasonable price. Sean was on time (30 min text reminder was helpful) and provided friendly service. Somehow, the concrete drill was required for the job, but he did not have it at first appointment. So, we had to schedule another appointment the week later. The prompt communication to/from main office can be improved. Will keep monitoring the tunnel and activities for next few months
