Steve has been awesome. He's managed my NC property for over 12 years now and does an excellent job. I've been through many managers in different states and ProHome is the best hands down. I wish they could manage all of my properties! And I'd give them six stars if I could!!

Steve has been representing my property and keeping it rented for 26 years. I live in California, so a responsive and responsible property manager is central to allowing me to keep my property. Steve has done a fantastic job of keeping it rented, of keeping on top of late payers, (although he does such a great job finding good renters that I've only occasionally I had that problem), and also keeping the house in great shape. When my property needs work, Steve finds excellent craftsmen at good prices. I strongly recommend Steve at ProHome Realty to anybody who needs a great property manager.

I have been working with ProHome for 20 years and highly recommend them! I moved to Texas for 10 years and ProHome managed my property during that time frame. Not only did they manage the day to day operations, but they were amazing at screening renters . I've since moved back to NC and have keep my property with ProHome to manage. ProHome have been managing my rental properties for 15+ years, taking all the stress out of the process. Most of this time I was overseas and really appreciated not having to worry about the property or the tenants well being. We were all in very good hands. They use a nice system for records making my year end tax return process a bit simpler as well. I recommend them every chance I get to friends and family looking for a property manager.
