We have been with St. Farm for 40 years and when our agent retired we moved our business to this office (6 years ago). The staff are responsive, prompt, professional and personable. I worked with Codi on my new policy. She is friendly, relatable, and persistent. She originally called me a year prior and I told her I just committed to a plan. She took note and reached out this year with plenty of time for me to make a decision. She was patient and not pushy. She was very knowledgeable. When I need something she is on top of it with no hassle. I would recommend her to everyone. It's hard to find a product that has great customer service. But I definitely found that in Codi!

This office has been so respectful, professional, responsive, and all-around amazing. The staff worked with me on creating the best plan for my family and followed up with me periodically to see how I was doing. When I got in a car accident that was completely my fault, they were still so nice and understanding. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a home/auto/renters/anything insurance. Prices are reasonable and the staff is out of this world.
