Services
A $20.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

Use to live here and the only reason I am giving it one star is because you can't give zero! This Place Is Not As Bad as before but still not that great and the police were there almost every day and the firearms would constantly go off! They Do Nothing About Anything And just tell you to get along with people who called the police on a kid because he told her son he didn't want to play because he was busy, They Did Nothing About This And Never Want To Go Back Ever again!!!!!

I’m so very disappointed in this company we have called and emailed spoke to many operators and each one says they will contact us and NOTHING! I even called the main property management company and they don’t even answer the phones what kind of company is this I feel bad for the ppl who live there because there is no point of contact. I would of been happy with a courtesy call saying we will call u some day!! Or even a call saying stop bugging because we don’t want tenants.

Would give zero stars if possible. We have been here 2 years, been through 4 managers at least. One was very helpful but she left due to corporate issues and them not taking care of stuff. The current one has no experience and zero customer service skills. They continue to allow a lady to live here who threatens children on a regular basis, including with a gun! Even though police reports have been filed. They do nothing. Since the Safer at Home has been in place, nothing has been cleaned except the floors were mopped once. Nothing has been wiped down, no precautions taken. The office is closed

UPDATE: I see a response to contact you as soon as possible. Who exactly do I contact? because contacting the direct office has done nothing. Mgmt has done zero to solve any issues or concerns.
I have lived at Croft for just over 3 years. The first year and a half was great, wonderful mgmt etc...
Since she left we have had 6 managers and property has gone down hill. I have had issues with an upstairs neighbor for 2 years, including her confronting my daughter then verbally threatening myself. Police calls, documentation with proof have all fallen on deaf ears. It’s a place I don’t even want
