If you have a few small dents without paint damage or creases then we could likely use PDR to repair your vehicle. Paintless dent repair is great because it is quick, less expensive than tradtional auto body repair, and doesn't require materials.

I cannot stress this enough... This is the ONLY place that you take your vehicle. I have tried in the past the "commercial popular" auto body shops. I always have to bring it back for something that's not right(door seal missing, door painted wrong color, body parts not lining up with huge gaps). When I found Halls I could not believe the quality!!! They communicate with you and they are absolutely professional!!! The people at Hall's were great when I came to get a quote to fix my bumper. The representative not only laid out the cost, but also why the parts cost as much as they do, and the time frame for how long they would take to come in. In addition, he caught that my brake lights were out, and replaced them on the spot, free of charge! Best of all, this was taken care of within 15 minutes! I highly recommend Hall's Auto Body for their superior customer service, quality workmanship, and reliability. This is the second time my 2018 Subaru has required body work and I knew immediately I would bring my car back to them for the repairs. I would give a zero if I could. Halls body shop is the worst place I have ever done business with in the Charlottesville or surrounding area. My wife had an accident where she was run off the road causing damage to the front passenger side of the vehicle. After having the car for almost two months we got it back looking decent but driving poorly. I complained and was told that it’s an older car, it won’t drive as nice as new. So I had to take it to the alignment shop on 33 (who are a great group of guys btw) who had to replace the right steering/strut assy as it was damaged. I took it back

They do a good job here. My Honda pilot touring looked brand new. There was significant bumper damaged and they really did a fantastic job fixing it. My only complaint would be that the prices are very high but for me not such an issue because it accident was the other guys fault and his insurance was paying

I've always liked the vibe at Hall's. Good people, nice atmosphere, and fair estimates compared to other shops. My last experience there was just average, though. They did a nice job repairing my vehicle but they didn't go the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. Not that they had to but it would have been nice, especially after a $4,300 repair. Too bad, too, because if a place like Hall's can't provide great customer service, who else will? :-(

This was the worst auto body shop experience of my so far lifetime. What was a fairly simple passenger side rocker panel dent and rear bumper re-paint turned in to this never ending absence of detail and lack of customer centric service.
First, the good news, they did a great job on fixing the rocker panel dent and blending the paint - and NO holes drilled. Now the unfortunate news.
Round 1; the rear bumper required a metallic flake finish but was only painted with the metal flake where the plastic bumper attached to each side quarter panel (it looked great here), not in between. The worst

I went to Halls for service for the first time very recently. Over a period of about 20 years I had heard they were a great business run by folks who were also caring and "solid"/like "Mom and Pop," established and reliable. I am a good driver and didn't have much need for body work so I never dealt with them other than driving up Route 29 and looking up the hill at their building that seemed small and unassuming. I pictured "Mom and Pop" in a relatively tiny, scruffy place, but reliable nonetheless. Anyway, the first thing that blew me away was the building itself
