The name of this shop is misleading.
We took our car there after an accident, as they
were on State Farms preferred list.
When we picked up the car it was making a
very noticeable clanking sound. Also the exhaust was supposed to have been replaced as it was destroyed in the accident. We both noticed the pipe on the left did not match the old one on the right. The car look off balance
With one side protruding.
We took it back and had the shop manager ride in the car with us to demonstrate. At first he said he heard nothing, which I found disturbing as it was so clear. He eventually acknowledged
