According to Oriental Medicine, optimal health is a balance of yin and yang. Too much of one or not enough of the other can lead to disharmonies that affect the health of our body, mind & spirit. When the forces of yin and yang within us are balanced there is equilibrium internally and we feel healthy.

I feel tired and "out of it", and it has caused me to gain weight. I researched acupuncture and decided it was something I would try. I was desperate. I am terrified of needles! But, I am so thankful I went, and continue to go. Within three appointments I went from major panic attacks to feeling anxiety, which I could control
